KMT’s Hou-Jaw ticket calls election a choice between war and peace – Focus Taiwan: ‘Jaw, meanwhile, said the KMT’s slogan in the 2022 year-end local elections that “vote for DPP, youths go to war” was apparently working.’
Hou + Jaw = Jaw?? – Nathan Batto’s Frozen Garlic: ‘Jaw might be the most prominent and influential VP candidate in quite a while.’

Taiwan presidential front runner Lai Ching-te (DPP) won’t win election ‘lying down’, say analysts – The Straits Times: ‘There is a chance of winning if one party can sway enough voters to compromise and vote tactically for it to prevent the DPP from winning.’
