Aan de Chinese kant heeft de EU ook niet veel hoop. De ambassadeur in Peking, Jorge Toledo, zei dat er weinig schot zat in de technische onderhandelingen. Het is duidelijk, zoals ik eerder al schreef, dat de houding in Peking is dat verdeeld Brussel toch wel in moet schikken. Brussel zit daar echter niet op te wachten.
